Who we are
Habla, Señor is a project of Meaningful Conversations Inc., a New York nonprofit corporation exempt from tax under IRS 501(c)(3), EIN 33-1805043. Address: 9 Cheshire Rd, Bethpage, NY 11714, USA. Email: info@mccounseling.org.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email, optional first name, country, preferred language, optional role, and the date and version of your consent. To protect the form and administrator access from abuse, we temporarily keep counters associated with a cryptographic identifier derived from the network address; we do not store raw IP addresses in the waitlist. We collect no payment data. Donations are processed by Stripe on the ministry's website, not on this site.
Waitlist purpose and consent
We use waitlist details only to communicate the launch of Habla, Señor, related launch news and early-access opportunities. Your consent is the basis for these communications. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@mccounseling.org. Joining does not create an account in the future app or guarantee early access.
Partner and collaborator requests
When you apply to partner or volunteer, we collect your first and last name, organization or church (optional for collaborators), email, country and phone number in both international and display formats. We also save the partnership type or area of interest, optional message or experience, language, date and consent. We use this information only to respond to the request and coordinate the partnership or volunteer work. Authorized personnel may record the request status and internal follow-up notes. The form saves the request in our database; it does not send automated emails or forward it to external providers. We never sell these details. You can request deletion at info@mccounseling.org.
Storage and recipients
Information from all forms is stored in our hosting provider Replit's database, and only authorized ministry personnel can access it. Hosting and authorized operations may involve processing in the United States or other provider locations. We never sell your information or share it for advertising. We use no advertising analytics, tracking pixels or tracking cookies.
Retention and security
We retain waitlist details until launch updates end or you ask us to remove them, whichever happens first. We retain partner and collaborator requests while managing the request or collaboration, or until you request deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations. Security counters expire after short periods. We use access controls and encrypted transport on the published site; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by emailing info@mccounseling.org. People in Latin America and elsewhere can exercise the same rights. We will reasonably verify requests and respond in accordance with applicable law. Backups may be kept temporarily according to the provider's backup cycles.
Children
The waitlist is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please tell us so that we can remove it in accordance with COPPA.
Changes and contact
We will post changes here and update the date. If the purpose of communications materially changes, we will seek any required consent. Questions or requests: info@mccounseling.org.
